What forms of payment are accepted?

Currently, wire transfer and ACH are accepted.

How do I pay using ACH or wire transfer?

Payment instructions will be provided at the time the order is placed. You will need to contact your bank to initiate the transaction.

How do I order Vanilla Visa Rewards cards?

You can purchase Vanilla Visa Reward Cards by setting up a corporate account, providing the required information, and viewing your catalog. Once your account is approved, you can purchase these cards at your convenience.

Is pre-payment required for my order?

Yes, pre-payment is required for all orders.

Is there a minimum order?

Are discounts available?

Yes, discounts are available for orders that meet certain minimums. Discounts vary by brand and by order volume. Contact our account management team at (844) 228-5368 to discuss what discounts you qualify for.

What are digital gift cards and how are they delivered?

Digital gift cards, or eGift cards, are delivered as a secure link within an email. Clicking the link opens the gift card in a web browser (when viewed from a smartphone, the digital gift card is mobile optimized). Each brand has specific redemption instructions, which can be found on the certificate. Generally, to redeem in-store, consumers print the gift card out or display it from their smartphone at the cash register. To redeem online, consumers enter the gift card number and PIN (if applicable) at checkout. Note that prepaid debit cards and reward cards are only available in physical format.

What is bulk fulfillment?

With bulk fulfillment, gift and reward cards are delivered to a single recipient.

  • For bulk digital cards, we'll send a spreadsheet to a single email address that includes links to each gift card.
  • For bulk physical cards, we'll send an envelope or box of plastic gift cards to a single mailing address.

How do I track my order status?

How do I activate my Vanilla® Visa® Rewards cards?

  1. Once you've received your order, log in to your account
  2. Click the Order ID of the order you'd like to activate
  3. In the Order Details section, click the Activate button
